I can't seem to add my address into the delivery page, what do i do?


- When entering your address do not enter your postal code to find the address. - Do not key in the word Block or BLK when entering your block number. (eg. do not key in BLK 48 Tampines Street 41 - instead key in 48 Tampines Street 41- without the word Blk.) - If all else fails simply key in our bakery address into the delivery address column. 33, Bussorah Street and key in your correct adddress in the special request column.




I want my item packaged in a box. Can i pay extra for a nice box packaging? Can i attach a note to a regular alacarte order?


Kindly note special packaging or handwritten notes will only be arranged for items purchased from the SPECIAL PROMOTIONS section. We do not at the moment have add on options for boxes or special packaging of à la carte options. Regular à la carte items will be packaged as we usually package them when buying as takeaway. We will soon be adding on cards to purchase so as you can add them on to your order If you would need a note attached. Also please note that we will not be able to call you or contact you back for an alternative should you request for items such as special packaging or handwritten notes for ala carte items. We humbly suggest not to request for these as we cannot assist with these requests at the moment.




How do i know when my item is ready for pick up or will be delivered?


We will whatsapp or sms you the day before your delivery. Please do not pick up your item if you have not been contacted. You may whatsapp us at 97210242 should you need to check in on that.




How come i'm waiting so long for my delivery to be fulfilled?


Most times deliveries and pick ups can be arranged two days after or sometimes even a day after your order has gone through. However there are times that specific items in your order may be unavailable for the day as we only produce limited quantities of each item in a day. Kindly note your order may take a minimum of 2 days to be fulfilled that means that it may take up to 4 days or more, on rare occassions.




Has my order gone through?


If you do not receive a confirmation email, your order has not gone through. Do contact us should you need any assistance completing your order. It would be a pleasure for us to assist.




Can I cancel my order and get a refund?


Once an order is confirmed and paid it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Refunds will only be allowed on a case to case basis depending on the decision of the management. Kindly note processing time for a refund is 5-10 working days.
